Shipping, Return & Exchange policy

At Pandosy & Co., we are happy to accept returns and exchanges on items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

The cost of returning or exchanging an item is the responsibility of the customer. As all orders are shipped from Canada, any returns or exchanges must also be sent back to our Canadian warehouse.
