When will my order be shipped, and when will it arrive?
Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days for deliveries within Canada. Your package should arrive 5–10 business days after you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number when your purchase is complete. Once your order ships with Canada Post, a second email will be sent with tracking details.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is placed you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. You’ll be able to follow your package every step of the way. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking updates to appear. Pandosy & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we currently ship within Canada only. We’re working hard to expand our shipping options for international customers. We hope to make this available soon, stay tuned!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery address and the items in your order. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping address. Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $150 within Canada only.
What is my order shipped in?
Depending on the size of your order, items are shipped in our signature Pandosy & Co. shipping boxes, or poly mailers for smaller orders. All packages will include our return address on the label.
Can I make a last minute change to my order?
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so we offer a 30-minute window to request changes to your order. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, we cannot guarantee this as our warehouse works and ships in real time. All change requests must be sent to hello@pandosyandco.com as soon as possible.
How do I keep my Haul-All Looking its best?
Wash with mild soap and water or wipe with a damp cloth. Allow to air dry completely.
Protect Against Stains: Sunscreens, lotions, self-tanners, and other oil-based products may discolor the EVA material. We recommend storing these items in a separate pouch or insert bag before placing them in your tote.
Maintain its Shape: Avoid leaning heavy items against your tote or storing it under pressure for extended periods, as this may permanently alter its shape. Store upright when possible.

How do I maintain my Haul-All Tote shape?
Your Haul-All Tote is made from premium EVA material, a lightweight, durable, and flexible material designed to keep up with all of life’s adventures.
Because EVA is naturally pliable, your tote may experience slight shape variations during shipping or storage. This is completely normal and with regular use, your tote will naturally settle into its intended structured shape. Warm heat, warm water, and warm air (including sunshine!) for a short time can help the material relax.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes! Pandosy & Co. is proud to partner with Chickpeace Zero Waste Refillery, to offer a convenient local pick-up option for customers in the Okanagan Valley. Please review the pick-up instructions included in your order confirmation once your order has been placed.

How do I set-up my Tote Tumbler Attachment?
Your Tote Tumbler Attachment is designed with a secure locking mechanism to keep your favourite drink safely in place.
*Please Note:
On first use, the prongs may feel quite firm and require extra pressure to open. This is completely normal and expected! Once opened for the first time, the locking mechanism will naturally loosen, allowing your Tote Tumbler to collapse and expand with ease for everyday use.
What material is my Haul-All Tote made of?
Our Haul-All tote is made from durable EVA material, known for being washable, lightweight, and easy to care for. Its tip-proof design makes it a practical choice for everyday use and busy lifestyles.
What should I do if my buckle comes undone?
If your buckle comes undone, it can be re-secured by using a soft rubber mallet to carefully hammer the buckle back together firmly. Please use caution and apply even pressure to avoid damaging the tote or buckle.
Can I purchase replacement straps?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not sell straps individually.
Will you restock sold-out items, and how will I know?

Is my Haul-All Tote free from harmful chemicals?
At Pandosy & Co. your safety is important to us.
Our materials are independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories to ensure they meet or exceed Canadian safety protocols and quality standards, including Health Canada guidelines for lead and mercury content, and requirements for soluble heavy metals.
Our EVA material is made without BPA, BPS, or similar chemicals, and is PFAS-free, meaning it contains no detectable levels of “forever chemicals”. We are proud to use materials that are carefully selected and verified through our safety and quality controls.
